Just like the parrot in the story, we can also sometimes have a bully in our lives. We hear the parrot (bully), and we believe the parrot (bully). We hear the bully’s voice in our heads and we choose to believe it. Then we become upset and that influences the way we live and act.
It also influences the way we act toward other people, how we are, and what we think about other people and the world. It influences the way we think about ourselves.
We must learn how to say the following words: "It is just a parrot. I can cover the cage!"
